The Swarovski 115mm Objective is the largest objective option of the modular spotting scopes. This objective is compatible with any of the Swarovski eyepiece modules, including the straight modular STX zoom eyepiece, the angled ATX zoom eyepiece, and the BTX binocular eyepiece module. Benefit from a larger exit pupil and greater light transmission for clearer viewing even as the night begins to draw in.
Swarovski have constructed the Swarovski 115mm Objective to have a lightweight magnesium-alloy housing, ensuring extra protection against any accidental impact. Styled with a rubber armor, the Objective ensures a firm grip.
Objective Lens Diameter
The Swarovski 115mm Objective has a large objective lens diameter, allowing the lens to capture more light. The more light that enters the lens, the clearer the image in low light situations.
Optical Performance
The optical construction consists of ED (extra-low dispersion) fluoride glass and a field-flattener lens system to significantly reduce distortions and chromatic aberrations. Swarovski’s 115mm Objective features advanced Swarovski technology to ensure consistent optical excellence, including SWAROTOP lens coatings to prevent glare and enhance overall contrast and colour for optimum clarity and true-to-life images. Swarovski’s SWARODUR coatings ensure the lens surfaces are protected from scratches.
Environment and Conditions
Ready to defy all the elements mother nature presents, this Swarovski Objective will continue to function in temperatures as low as -25°C and as high as +55°C. As well as being nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to protect from dust, water, and fogging. The 115mm Objective is waterproof for up to 13ft/4m water submersion. SWAROCLEAN coating has been applied to the lens surface so contaminants can be cleaned easily, ensuring views remain crystal-clear.
