Please find our Christmas delivery cut off times below, please note this is the busiest time of the year for couriers, always allow extra time where possible for orders to arrive.

For Click and Collect, our Sheffield Store and Chesterfield is office is open as normal however we will be closing at 3pm on Christmas Eve. Please give us a call, or drop us a live chat to check where stock is available to collect from and if stock is available we can usually have this ready to collect the same day (during opening hours).

We dispatch all orders placed on a DPD Next Working Day service before 2pm on weekdays the same day (excluding bank holidays), orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that the standard 2-4 working day service includes processing and transit time.

DPD NEXT DAY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY

We have used many couriers in the past and to put it simply, DPD is as good as it gets. You will receive the full benefits of DPD's "Predict & Follow My Parcel". Remember to order before 2pm Mon-Fri for same day dispatch.

We also offer Saturday delivery with DPD. All orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. If you choose to use a Saturday service, your order will not be shipped until the Friday. DPD's Predict Service still applies to the Saturday delivery service.

We can also offer Pre-12pm and Pre-10:30am deliveries with DPD, please give us a call on 0114 2760002 to get a quote or contact us via live chat at the bottom right of your screen.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a re-direct service on parcels to be delivered to DPD Pick Up Shops.

 

EVRI (THE NEW MYHERMES) 2-4 WORKING DAYS

We use Evri for the free delivery / standard £1.99 service. On some occasions we may use DPD or Royal Mail depending on the destination and size of the parcel however we would let you know beforehand.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a free click & collect service on all orders to our Sheffield Store or Chesterfield Warehouse. Once you complete your order, we will contact you once your item/s are available for collection - payment is then made in store. View more details here.

 

NON-UK MAINLAND

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days for non-UK Mainland. We use either Evri, DPD or Royal Mail depending on size, weight, value and service availability from each courier.
