RETURNING YOUR ORDER

We are confident you will be more than happy with your order. However, if you would like to return your item please follow the simple steps below.


RETURNING UNWANTED/NON-FAULTY ITEMS

After you have had a chance to examine your purchase, if you are not happy with it, for whatever reason, then you have the right to return it, in its original condition, within 14 days for a refund or replacement. If you would like to return a product, then please follow the instructions below. Please note the DPD collection is available for UK only. If you wish to return an order from outside of the UK, please get in touch.

  • First, sign in to see your order history using the link at the top of the website. You can do this even if you didn't create an account, you just need to enter the email address used to place the order.
  • Find the order containing the items you would like to return and click on "request return"
  • Once your return request has been approved you will receive an email with instructions on how to send it to us.

If you do not see the "request return" option, your order may be older than the 14-day returns window. 

New items: In order to receive a full refund, returned items must be unused and in as-new condition with any seals intact. Items which have been opened and can no longer be sold as brand-new may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Items showing obvious signs of use will not be refunded.
In this case, we will either offer to send the item back to you at a cost of £5.95 to cover postage, or we will offer you a trade-in price.

Used items: Returns must be in the same condition as sold and must include all supplied accessories. Significant use will incur either a restocking fee or we may offer a trade-in price.

RE-PACK AS IT WAS SENT TO YOU, ENSURING THE FOLLOWING DETAILS ARE INCLUDED
  • Include the following details: Reason for return and action required (Refund or Replacement Product)
  • When you are returning an unwanted item we ask you cover the return postage
CHOOSE A RETURN OPTION
  • Post Office/Courier - You can take the package to a Post Office using address: Ron Harrison Ltd, PO Box 709, Chesterfield, S40 9JR. If you want to arrange your own courier please contact us for a full address as most couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses
  • DPD Collection - Choose a day and 4 hour timeslot for your parcel to be collected from a home or work address - £8 fee - please get in touch to arrange this
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN
  • We will process your return within 14 days.
  • We will contact you, once the return has been processed, to let you know if it has been accepted.
  • If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment method (minus any collection or restocking fees)
  • If you have requested a replacement/exchange, we will contact you via telephone/email to discuss this
