The Sigma 60-600mm F4.5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports for Sony E is a 10x telephoto zoom for full-frame mirrorless cameras. Sigma launched it in 2023 as the world's first and only mirrorless 10x ultra-telephoto zoom, and on an a7 IV, a7C II or a7R V it covers wildlife, motorsport, air shows and field sport from 60mm right through to 600mm.

Sigma 60-600mm F4.5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports for Sony E, one lens from 60mm to 600mm

One lens from 60mm to 600mm

The range means you can frame a whole scene and then zoom straight in on a distant subject without changing lenses, which matters at fast-moving events.

Close focus

It focuses down to 45cm at 60mm and reaches 1:2.4 magnification at 200mm, so it doubles as a close-up lens for insects and flowers.

Stabilisation and autofocus

OS2 stabilisation gives up to 7 stops at 60mm and 6 stops at 600mm (CIPA), with a panning mode. An HLA linear motor drives autofocus, and there is a focus limiter and three AFL buttons.

Build and handling

The Dual Action Zoom lets you zoom by turning the ring or by pushing and pulling the barrel. It is dust- and splash-resistant, and the replaceable tripod foot is Arca-Swiss compatible. Sigma's teleconverters are L-Mount only, so they do not fit the Sony E version.

Who it's for

This is for wildlife and sport photographers who want the widest range in one lens. The Sigma 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS is lighter if you never need the wide end, and the Sigma 300-600mm F4 DG OS is the brighter professional choice.

Also available for L-Mount.
