The Kodak PIXPRO AZ528 in midnight blue is a bridge camera with a 52x zoom and built-in Wi-Fi, so you can send photos to your phone without a cable.

Zoom and lens

The 52x lens runs from 24mm to 1248mm equivalent, enough for birds in the garden or a player on the far side of the pitch. Optical image stabilisation steadies the picture at long focal lengths.

Wi-Fi and burst shooting

Built-in Wi-Fi sends photos to your phone through the Kodak app, ready to share. The camera shoots up to 6 frames per second, which helps with moving subjects.

Things to know

There is no viewfinder, so you frame on the 3-inch screen, which can be hard to see in bright sun. It saves JPEG files only and takes SD cards. If you want a viewfinder and RAW, look at the AZ653.
