Each bookbound page is in colour and has a little animal printed in the bottom corner so that if there is no photo in the plastic slip in pocket, the page still looks really pretty. There is also really faint writing on each page with heartfelt sentiments like 'little bundle of joy' and 'Baby Angel'  The back page is plain pink with little hearts printed on it and internal each page has a memo area next to the pocket on which to write notes.
