VILTROX EF-M2 II lens mount adapter is a new upgraded version of EF-M2, which is designed to allow Canon EF lenses to be used on M4/3 cameras. The EF-M2 II is built with strengthened copper electronic contacts, bringing much more stable signal transmission, and is compatibele with functions such as auto focus, EXIF data transmission, electronic aperture control, image stabilisation and USB Firmware Upgrades.

The Viltrox EF-M2 II also features a 0.71x magnification which increases the maximum aperture by 1 stop as well as maximising sharpness.
