The SmallRig 5564 Carbon Fiber Photography Monopod is a lightweight yet robust support designed for photographers and videographers who need maximum mobility without sacrificing stability. Constructed from premium carbon fibre, it offers exceptional strength while remaining easy to carry, making it ideal for sports, wildlife, travel and event photography.

The durable 360° metal ball head provides smooth and precise positioning, while the built-in bubble level ensures accurate alignment for every shot. An integrated 1/4"-20 threaded hole with an ARRI 3/8"-16 locating hole allows accessories such as magic arms, monitors or lights to be attached, expanding your shooting setup.

Supporting loads of up to 15kg on the monopod and 5kg on the ball head, it is compatible with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, cages and accessories using standard 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 threads, as well as Arca-Swiss quick release plates.
