Built around a 24.5MP partially stacked CMOS sensor, it delivers detailed images, rich colour and impressive dynamic range for a wide range of creative applications.
Compact Full-Frame Performance
Designed for portability without compromising image quality, the Sigma FP2 features a full-frame sensor and an L-Mount lens mount, giving you access to a wide range of compatible lenses. Its compact body is easy to carry for everyday photography, travel and professional shoots, weighing approximately 376g without the battery and memory card.
Advanced Autofocus and Creative Control
The advanced autofocus system combines phase-detection and contrast-detection technology for improved focusing speed and accuracy. Subject detection recognises people, dogs, cats and birds, with Eye AF helping to keep your subject in focus. Thirteen colour modes provide creative options for achieving different looks directly in-camera, from natural colour reproduction to distinctive cinematic tones and monochrome imagery.
Designed for Photography and Filmmaking
A dedicated switch allows you to move between STILL and CINE modes, with each offering a tailored interface and workflow. For video production, the FP2 supports internal 6K recording, 4K and 2K high-frame-rate options, alongside Apple ProRes RAW and L-Log for greater control during post-production. Additional features include 32-bit float audio recording with compatible optional equipment and a Director’s Viewfinder function for planning cinema productions.
Practical Features for Everyday Shooting
The 3.15-inch tilting touchscreen makes it easier to compose shots from high or low angles. With 70GB of internal storage, an SDXC card slot supporting UHS-II cards and the option to record to an external SSD via USB 3.2, there are plenty of storage options. Electronic image stabilisation is available for video, and the dust- and splash-resistant design is suitable for shooting outdoors in light rain.
The Sigma FP2 Mirrorless Camera Body is a compact, adaptable full-frame camera for photographers and filmmakers who want high-quality stills and advanced video capabilities in one portable system.
