Thornfield HouseSigma 15mm F1.4 DG DN Diagonal Fisheye Art Lens for Sony E
Our Price: £1,799.00
The Sigma 15mm F1.4 DG DN Diagonal Fisheye Art for Sony E is a full-frame fisheye that sees 180 degrees across the diagonal. Sigma launched it in 2024 as the first F1.4 diagonal fisheye for full frame. On an a7 IV, a7C II or a7R V it is aimed at the night sky, immersive landscapes, skate and action shots, and creative interiors.

A 180 degree viewAs a diagonal fisheye it fills the whole rectangular frame, with no black circle, and bends straight lines for that distinctive curved look. It can also be defished in software when you want a wide rectilinear result. |

Bright enough for the starsAt F1.4 it collects four times the light of an F2.8 fisheye. Sigma corrected sagittal coma flare for astrophotography, and a lens heater retainer holds a dew strap in place. |

Optical designThere are 21 elements in 15 groups, including four FLD, three SLD and two aspherical elements. HLA linear motor autofocus is fast and quiet. |
It has an aperture ring with a lock and a click switch, an assignable AFL button, a manual focus lock switch and a detachable Arca-Swiss compatible tripod socket. The hood is built in, and sheet filters fit a rear holder.
This is for astro, landscape and action photographers who want the widest possible view. If you want a straight-line ultra-wide instead, the Sigma 14mm F1.4 DG DN is the rectilinear choice. Note that this is a different lens from the Sigma 15mm F1.4 DC, which is a standard wide prime for APS-C cameras.

No. The 15mm F1.4 DC is a small standard wide prime for APS-C cameras. This lens is a full-frame fisheye with a 180 degree view.
Yes. F1.4 and coma correction make it well suited to the Milky Way and wide night-sky scenes.
The fisheye covers 180 degrees with curved lines. The 14mm keeps straight lines straight, which suits architecture and most landscapes.
Sheet filters fit the rear holder. There is no front filter thread because the hood is built in.
1360g for the Sony E version.
A case, a locking cover cap with filter slots, rear cap, TS-141 tripod socket, protective cover, guide plate and shoulder strap.
