Yes. It is small and quiet, and 35mm is a classic street focal length.

Sigma 35mm F2 or Sigma 35mm F1.4 DG II?

The F2 is about 200g lighter and much smaller. The F1.4 is a stop brighter, fully weather-resistant and has more controls.

Can I use the Sigma 35mm F2 on an APS-C camera?

Yes. On a Sony APS-C body such as the a6700 it gives a field of view similar to a 52mm lens on full frame.

Is the Sigma 35mm F2 weather sealed?

It has a rubber-sealed, dust- and splash-resistant mount. Sigma does not describe the rest of the lens as weather sealed.
