The Sigma 150-600mm L-Mount F5-6.3 DG DN OS Lens is a powerful ultra-telephoto lens designed specifically for mirrorless cameras (L-Mount). Offering a versatile 150-600mm focal length combined with incredible performance for superb long-reach images – ideal for capturing motorsport, landscapes, and wildlife. Featuring a rapid autofocus, image stabilisation, impressive optical design and more, all in a portable, practical construction.
Beauty of the BlurThroughout the zoom range the ultra-high-performance glass consistently delivers edge-to-edge sharpness whilst also achieving smooth bokeh. The rounded 9-blade aperture lets in enough volume of peripheral light to create a natural blur in out of focus areas, giving your subject full focus with crisp detail. At the wide end of 150mm the lens has an impressive minimum focusing distance of 58cm. For L-Mount users, the use of two dedicated teleconverters will allow you to shoot with AF up to 1200mm. With these features, this new ultra-telephoto lens is the perfect tool for tackling a broad range of subjects. |
Sigma's OpticsSIGMA have incorporated 25 elements in 15 groups, including 4 FLD (F Low Dispersion) glass elements and 2 SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements. The lenses are strategically arranged to significantly reduce optical aberrations so optimum image quality is consistent across the focal range and sharp across the frame. As well as a Super Multi-Layer Coating to supress flare and ghosting when shooting with bright light sources/backlit situations. |
The perfect travel companion...Take to challenging conditions with confidence as the SIGMA 150-600mm lens uses parts made of aluminium and TSC (Thermally Stable Composite) to ensure that operation is consistent in different temperatures. As well as a highly effective dust and splash resistant structure along with special sealing at the brass bayonet mount connection, manual focus ring, zoom ring, and cover connection. |
The stepping motor drives a fast, precise and ultra-quiet autofocus so you can capture subjects without startling them. AF also has excellent tracking of moving objects so you never miss the perfect shot. SIGMA have also combined a high-precision magnetic sensor and OS function to provide an advantage of up to 4 stops so you can capture fast moving subjects, handheld, without the effects of camera-shake. By using the OS switch and Custom Mode switch you can change OS setting to best suit the shooting situation - the L-mount allows you to set a custom focusing limit. To ensure operability is smooth, SIGMA have featured a Focus Mode Switch for instantaneous switching between Auto and Manual focus and the Focus Limiter switch offers three-zone AD modification which enables a faster AF performance.
Excellent OperabilityCombining durability with excellent operability, the SIGMA 150-600mm lens is prepared for different shooting environments. Featuring a Dual Action Zoom, which supports straight zoom and ring zoom so you can alternate the angle of view intuitively. As well as the new Zoom Torque switch, which enables smooth zoom operation and elimination of zoom creep by giving you the ability to change the resistance of the zoom ring and lock it at the wide end. |
