With a wide-angle zoom eyepiece offering magnification from 30x to 60x, users can enjoy a generous field of view ranging from 102 to 61.5 feet at 1000 yards, or 1.95 to 1.17 degrees. Whether observing birds at a distance or scanning landscapes, the SP 85 HD brings distant subjects into sharp focus.

The quick tube focus system allows smooth, one-handed focusing from close-up to infinity, while the standard tripod foot is directly compatible with Manfrotto quick-release systems for a fast and secure setup. With an eye relief of 18 to 17 millimetres, the scope offers comfortable viewing even during extended sessions.

Built for the outdoors, the SP 85 HD is waterproof to IPX7 standard and gas-filled to prevent internal fogging. It performs reliably in a wide temperature range from -20°C to 55°C. The scope is also equipped with an E86 objective filter thread and offers a light transmission of 80 percent.
