The Kaiser RD Column – 1.2 m is a high-quality, hand-cranked column designed for precise camera positioning in professional photography setups. Constructed from special matt black anodised aluminium multi-section tubing, the column features clear cm and inch scales for accurate height measurement.

The aluminium camera carrier can be horizontally adjusted over approximately 16 cm (6.3 in) using rack-and-pinion parallel guides. It supports left- or right-hand operation, with two blocking screws to prevent accidental changes. The camera mounting plate is tiltable ±90°, and the connecting screw is horizontally adjustable to accommodate various camera setups.

Height adjustment is hand-cranked with rack-and-pinion operation and is counterbalanced by a built-in coil spring for smooth, effortless movement. A blocking screw ensures the column remains securely in position.
