The Kaiser Prolite Scan SC is a professional-grade light box designed for viewing and digitising transparent originals such as slides, negatives, X-rays, and microfiches. Its powerful 5000 K daylight-balanced illumination is provided by four 55 W Dulux fluorescent lamps with exceptional colour accuracy (CRI 90–100), delivering an impressive 50,000 lux of even, flicker-free light.

An advanced electronic high-frequency system (approx. 40 kHz) ensures instant start-up, silent operation, and freedom from stroboscopic effects or interference - making it ideal as a backlight for camera scanning. The unit’s quiet, vibration-free fan allows continuous use with minimal heat build-up.

Featuring a large illuminated area of 48 × 44 cm, both centimetre and inch scales on the working surface, non-slip rubber feet, and wall-mounting capability, the Prolite Scan SC combines precision, durability, and versatility for professional imaging applications.
