Awesome. Push two stops for extra grain and contrast.

I started using HP5 in 1978 - and it is still my go-to 400 BW Neg film. Some prefer Tri-X, but I never got on with it. HP5 at 400 (processed in ID11) has a lovely tonality and pretty smooth grain structure. At 1600 in Microphen is where I really love this film - the grain is pronounced, but really pleasant and with a punchy end result that lends itself to wide aperture low light photography (theatre, smoky jazz clubs... etc.). I rate this as my most favourite film of all time.
