Excellent Optics

The Hawke Endurance ED features a 60mm objective lens to maximize light transmission for a bright image. To aid a crystal-clear field of view, the Endurance ED includes ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass for clarity, fully multi-coated optics to ensure sharpness, Dielectric Coatings to increase light reflectivity, and BAK-4 Porro Prisms to enhance overall colour and contrast.

Variable Magnification

Featuring a variable magnification of 15-45, this spotting scope allows you to freely change the magnification from the lower range to the higher range for accurate viewing. A variable magnification gives you the control over the desired magnification for the image you want to see. With a minimum focus distance of 2.5m, you can enjoy incredible small details, up close.

Ergonomic Design

The Hawke Endurance ED 15-45x60 Spotting Scope has been ergonomically designed for ultimate comfort during long periods of use. This is my first ED scope and I can honestly say the upgrade has definitely justified the expenditure.

Scope is well-built, reasonably light, easy to use, and delivers very sharp images. Even in low light conditions as dusk approaches, I've always been able to stay to the last bird, if desired.

My main uses to date has been for watching wading birds in my local creeks and wildfowl in nearby nature reserves. I'm very happy to recommend scope for similar uses.
