Been a while since I purchased them, but very pleased - excellent image quality, very useable and a huge improvement on my old binoculars. Customer service from Harrisons was superb - very quick, very well packaged.
These are totally amazing. Somehow they seem to be better than just standing next to the thing and looking directly at it! Objects look so bright and so full of colour. We agonised for ages over whether to get the 8x or the 10x, and the 32mm or 42mm. In the end we went for 32mm as we have a another large pair of bins (10x70!) and these are more for putting in a jacket pocket and setting out for cliff walk / woodland walk. So we opted for small and light. So then we went for 8x so as not to have too small a view - and they’re just spectacular. You can track fast birds as they spring off a branch, no problem; and because they’re so clear, the 8x magnification isn’t a problem. Probably 10x32 would also be good. Other points: great accessories, lovely case and strap; amazingly expensive and smooth feel on the focusing wheels, Extremely comfortable and restful on the eyes; they’re just all-round fantastic. Can’t really imagine better binoculars for less than 500 quid.
