Product Description

The Fujifilm EC-XT S Small Eyecup fits directly onto the viewfinder of a GFX 50S, X-T2 or X-T1 camera. The eyecup blocks stray light, which creates glare from entering the camera's viewfinder.

This eyecup can be used as a replacement or as a spare, and it is thinner than what originally comes with the camera, which makes it easier to view for users that wear eyeglasses. At the same time, the thinner eyecup still protects your glasses from being scratched.

I use the eyecup with an X-T5. The one that comes with the camera kept catching on my glasses and throwing them off my face into the nettles(!). This replacement doesn't do that so that's a win!

Having just picked up an X-T5 and not being a fan of the huge eye cup that comes as standard, I was delighted to find out you could replace them with a smaller sized version.

HC was the only place at the time that had the smaller eye piece and although it doesn’t say in the description, it’s a perfect fit for the X-T5 and I couldn’t be more happy with the set up now. All that is required is a gentle lift up and the eye cup slides out and it was an easy install for the new one that simply slides down and clicks into place. Now it’s much better on the eye and doesn’t snag on clothing when worn across body with a camera strap. It kind of reminds me of the eyecup on the X-PRO2, which was perfect. Who knew such a small thing could make such an impact!

It's taken me months to find this in stock in the UK. Great product for those of us that wear glasses. Really worth the money.
