Fujifilm introduces the Fujifilm 50mm F2 Black R WR Fujinon XF Lens, a mid-telephoto lens that delivers outstanding results from Fujifilm’s unique X-Trans CMOS sensor. With a focal length equivalent to 76mm and the maximum aperture of f/2, this lens is perfect for outdoor photography and low light environments. 

Its compact and lightweight design, weighing just 200g, means that the Fujifilm 50mm lens is perfect to carry about.

 

Superb Image Quality

The Fujifilm 50mm lens contains 9 lens elements in 7 groups including one aspherical ED lens prevent spherical and chromatic aberrations. The lens will deliver exceptional image quality at different focal ranges.

Rapid Autofocus and Usability

Fujifilm have incorporated an inner focusing AF system that uses a stepping motor to ensure the elements work together to provide rapid and silent autofocus. The aperture and focusing rings feature precise click stops and smooth damping for easy operation.

Weather Resistant

The Fujifilm 50mm lens has been engineered to operate in temperatures as low as -10°C so weather is not an issue. The lens has been weather-sealed at 10 points around the barrel to protect it from any water or dust, making it resistant in both light rain and dusty environments.
