Experience the enjoyment of being a photographer with the Fujifilm 50-140mm F2.8 WR OIS Fujinon XF Lens. As a large-diameter zoom, this lens is versatile and the ideal companion for photographing portraits, wildlife, night time photography and more. With a zoom range of 50-140mm and high-speed autofocus, you can go from more intimate stills to capturing fast-action adventures. The large F2.8 aperture is perfect for working in low light and achieving that desired milky bokeh effect.
As a Fuji XF Lens, the 50-140mm offers an all-metal barrel construction and an aperture control ring.
Image StabilizerFujifilm have incorporated a five-stop image stabilisation feature to ensure there are endless opportunities to capture incredible perspectives throughout the zoom range. Even when handheld at 140mm, the slowest shutter speed will ensure the image isn’t ruined by camera shake. You can feel confident that you can have more freedom during high-speed shooting as a tripod isn’t required to achieve superb image quality. |
Rapid AutofocusThe Fujifilm 50-140mm lens has been equipped with the world’s first Triple Linear Motor which uses an inner focusing system to maximise portability and ensure AF operation is quick, smooth and quiet. It has never been easier to capture wildlife where you have to react quickly and silently for the perfect moment. |
Reducing Optical DefectsFeaturing Fujifilm’s unique HT-EBC (High Transmittance Electron Beam Coating) that covers the entire area of the lens surface to ensure ghosting and flare are controlled. As well as Nano GI (Gradient Index) Coating to alter the refractive index between glass and air, equally contributing to the reduce of ghosting and flare. The Fujifilm 50-140mm lens also includes six ED lens elements that includes one Super ED (extra-low dispersion) lens to help reduce chromatic aberration. Fujifilm have expertly designed this lens to capture what the eye sees, freeing your images from dullness. |
Operable Down To -10°CFujifilm have ensured that you can enjoy shooting in various different weather conditions (down to -10°C). Whether you’re capturing sweeping landscapes in the pouring rain or taking surfing shots from the beach, this lens has been sealed to be dust and moisture resistant so you can carry on shooting. |
Stay MobileThe Fujifilm 50-140mm has been cleverly constructed to be used for long periods of time. Large-diameter zooms are usually quite heavy and need support to prevent strain on the photographer. This lens weighs less that 1kg (approx. 995g), making it more comfortable to use. |

This lens is exactly as described: super sharp, outstanding resolution on an XT-5. I am sure the linear motors must have been upgraded since this lens was first introduced as AF is fast and silent. Early reviews suggested AF was noisy. Although lighter than a full-frame 70-200mm F2.8, with which it is meant to compete, this is nevertheless a heavyweight in the Fuji lineup. If trekking with it, I suggest a backpack rather than an sling. Its reach means it has limited utility for wildlife photography but can certainly nail the AF. The quality of the images certainly makes up for the weight. As others have observed it is like having a bag full of primes. It’s a lot of fun.
