The camera plate has an adjustable 1/4" camera mount for mounting compact cameras, small DSLR cameras, system cameras and camcorders. The aluminium accessory shoe attaches flash units, video lights and microphones. The space of the clearance between the quick release platform to the upper frame is 14cm.
