Product Description

The Slim Hopper Carbon Tripod from Dorr is a high quality travel tripod made of carbon (8 layers). It is a remarkably stable, yet compact and lightweight tripod with 3 sections with 2 extensions. The removable 3 section centre column with 1/4" mount serves as a monopod and allows shots from a low view with the ability to reduce the minimum height to 35cm and is able to use as a table pod. This Slim Hopper also features non-slip removable rubber feet with spikes and a case for transport.

The included ball head features a quick release plate with 1/4" camera mount and a panorama scale with friction control.

Straight from the box I was very pleased with the quality of the tripod & ball head. Well made & sturdy, exactly what I wanted for backpacking instead of a normal tripod twice the weight.
Its slim, really lightweight & will easily slip inside a side pouch of your backpack or travel bag. You wont be disappointed with the quality or detail on such a small tripod & ball head.
I only gave it 4 stars as Ive been super critical with it & would say when the centre column extension is fully extended with a normal DSLR (Canon 77D) on top it does droop ever so slightly, but you cant have everything from such a small lightweight package but this comes so very close. I wont be using it with the extension fully extended so all good.
Great quality for a decent price & a very good weight if backpacking.
