The Dorr Scout 7x26 is a slim pocket binocular with proper roof prism optics. At 297g it lives in a coat pocket or handbag, ready for a walk, a day at the races, a concert or a trip abroad.
The Scout 7x26 measures about 11 x 11 x 4cm and weighs 297g, so you will hardly notice it until you need it.
7x is easier to hold steady than higher powered compacts, and the 118m field of view at 1000m is wide for a pocket binocular, so it is quick to find what you are looking for. BaK-4 roof prisms and multicoated lenses keep the image bright and natural.
Twist-up eyecups give 14mm of eye relief, and there is a dioptre adjustment to match your eyes.
The Scout 7x26 has the best optics of our Dorr pocket binoculars. The Dorr Pro-Lux 8x21 is smaller and cheaper, and the Dorr Pro-Lux 10x25 gives more magnification. The Scout is not waterproof, so keep it dry in heavy rain.
Binoculars, bag, shoulder strap, eyepiece caps, two objective caps and a cleaning cloth.
