As you would expect for a Canon product, sturdy and well built with a quality feel and re-assuring sounding click when it joins to a lens and camera body. Bridges the gap perfectly to allow my EF lenses to attach to an R body and the control ring gives extra options for settings in addition to the normal camera buttons. Not too large/heavy that it changes to balance of the camera/lens.
