The Adventure Series 4 Aluminium Monopod from Benro is perfect for when shooting with a long telephoto lens and even in low-light conditions. Made from machined aluminium, this monopod extends to a height of 191cm and can support a large payload of 18kg. Extremely lightweight at just 0.84kg, this Adventure monopod features 5 leg sections with flip lever lock design and a pivoting rubber foot to prevent slipping.

The closed foam grip provides a safe and secure hold onto the pod and also insulates on those cold days. The mounting plate features a reversible 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mount for mounting a head or attaching directly to a camera.
