The Fujifilm XH2 joins the acclaimed X Series of mirrorless cameras, known for exceptional image quality in stills and video, powered by Fujifilm’s advanced colour reproduction technology. Featuring a new 40.2MP “X-Trans™ CMOS 5 HR” sensor and the high-speed “X-Processor 5,” the XH2 offers the highest resolution in the X Series, delivering stunning stills and enabling 8K/30P Apple ProRes internal recording – a first for an APS-C camera.
The sensor improves image quality with ISO125 as standard, a maximum electronic shutter speed of 1/180,000 sec, and PIXEL SHIFT MULTI SHOT for enhanced visual expression. The XH2 also includes subject-detection autofocus, using Deep Learning to track subjects like animals, vehicles, and people. In-body image stabilisation with up to seven stops of correction, a 5.76 million dot EVF, and a CFexpress Type B card slot ensure reliability across various shooting situations.
Supporting the HEIF image format, the XH2 delivers 10-bit image quality with smaller file sizes. It's fifth-generation imaging technology and 40.2MP sensor unlock unmatched creative possibilities for both stills and video. The camera captures 8K/30P video in 4:2:2 10-bit colour, recorded internally on SD or CFexpress Type B cards, offering versatility and high-quality results.
