Product Description

The Leica M Digital Rangefinder Silver Chrome Camera features the newly developed high-resolution full-format CMOS Sensor that produces excellent imaging results. The Leica M has a newly developed high-resolution 24 megapixel CMOS sensor in full 35mm format. Delivers extremely low-noise and extraordinarily detailed images, even at higher sensitivities of up to ISO 6400. With Full HD Video Capability 1080 pixel, the great imaging quality of Leica is available for videos also.

The Leica Maestro processor allows the Leica M to process the image data from the sensor and modifies them into actual images at high speeds. With the energy-efficient imaging electronics of the processor and sensor, a single charge of the new 1800 mAh lithium-ion battery can last for a very long time.

The Leica M's large, high resolution 3.0" monitor allows accurate assessment of the image seen through the lens. Live View can be used with both M and R lenses. This camera can be used with an R-Adapter and R-Lenses.

Specially manufactured rubber seals protect the Leica M's camera body against dust and water spray. The glass plate of the 3" monitor screen is made with tough and scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass.
