Excellent bag!
Lets face it, the perfect bag doesn't exist, partly because the definition of the perfect bag changes from person to person and even shoot to shoot for the same person.
That said, this is as close to perfect as I have found. Well built with strong zips, lots of flexiblity and pockets. Comfortable to carry even when full.
The laptop pouch is at the back of the bag i.e next to the rucksack shoulder straps. I'd be concerned having a laptop in there when full and wearing it on your back as that's a lot of weight for a laptop to bear.
After 6 months of fairly heavy use, the webbing on the inside of the shoulder pads is starting to fluff/bobble a bit but otherwise still looks like new.
