Product Description

Sigma 35mm F1.2 Art L-Mount DG DN Lens

Unleash your artistic flare with the Sigma 35mm F1.2 Art L-Mount DG DN Lens. Part of SIGMA’s Art Line, this wide-angle lens offers a 35mm focal length and incredible high-performance for capturing artistic applications. Delivering excellent image-quality thanks to SIGMA’s superb optical construction to combat aberrations, high-speed Auto-Focus and overall efficiency of functionality.

SIGMA’s Optics

The optical construction is made up of 17 elements in 12 groups, including three SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements and three aspherical lenses along with one double-sided aspherical lens. The glass elements are strategically arranged to ensure various optical aberrations are significantly reduced and optimum image quality is consistent.

Minimising Ghosting and Flare

SIGMA’s Super Multi-Layer Coating has been incorporated to minimise ghosting and flare when working with strong light sources such as back lighting. This ensures photographers can consistently produce sharp, high-contrast images across the frame.

High-speed Auto Focus

The large HSM (hypersonic motor) combined with an optimised AF algorithm drives a faster and more stable autofocus. Switch instantly between Auto and Manual Focus with the AF/MF Switch to take control of focus quickly.

Efficient Operation

SIGMA have ensured more efficient operation by improving functionality. Featuring an AFL (Auto-Focus Lock) button for the user to assign additional functions to widen the range of operations available on the lend. The aperture ring is mounted with a de-click function for removing clicks by the Click ON/OFF Switch.

Control over Depth of Field

The constant f/1.2 rounded 11-blade aperture allows for better control of depth of field and enables the creation of large bokeh effects – desired in portraits.

Face Tough Environment’s with Confidence

The SIGMA 35mm lens allows for greater photographic freedom thanks to its robust construction. Featuring a dust and splash-proof structure, as well as a water and oil-repellent coating on the frontmost surface of the lens to ensure operation is consistent in various shooting environments. The lens also has a high-precision brass bayonet mount to enhance the overall durability, and a petal-type hood with a lock to prevent dropping the hood.
