As with all think tank/mindshift products, this is a well thought out design and after a few months of use it has certainly met my expectations. The 26l capacity might seem on the small size, but it can carry my micro four thirds camera, 100-400mm telephoto lens, telescope, tripod, a few odds and ends and when the going gets hot, I can stuff my fleece or down jacket into the outer zipped compartment. Any bigger and it wouldn’t be comfortable to carry for any distance. The small top zipped compartment was criticised in some reviews, but whilst small, I find it useful for storing my car keys, toolz device (from three legged thing) and even a compact pair of reading glasses.
