With the Hawke 8x42 Frontier X Green binoculars, users can experience detail like never before. Hawke have meticulously constructed a rugged but lightweight model, adopting an 8x magnification, 42mm lenses, and a minimum focusing distance of 2m. Featuring Hawke’s advanced H7 optics and an ergonomic design so users can enjoy long, crystal-clear observations. Ideal for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts wanting to take their observations to the next level.

H7 OPTICS

The Hawke 8x42 Frontier ED X binoculars offer users a stunning clear field of view due to Hawke’s advanced H7 optics. The optical design features ED (extra-low dispersion) glass to significantly reduce chromatic aberration, as well as lens coatings and Dielectric Coated prisms to maximise light transmission and ensure views remain bright with optimum colour rendition.

ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED

With comfort in mind, the Hawke Frontier ED X 8x42 features a focus knob that has been specifically placed for simple use, taking only 1.5 turns of the focusing wheel. The twist-up eyecups are beneficial for twisting up when not wearing glasses or locked down for those that wear glasses. As well as right eye dioptre correction that is easy to fix and stays locked in position.

Designed to experience the outdoors, the Hawke 8x42 binoculars have adopted a rubber coated magnesium alloy chassis making these binoculars rugged but lightweight. The rubber coating ensures a firm grip when handling the binoculars, even when wearing gloves. These Frontier ED X binoculars are waterproof and nitrogen purged to ensure consistent operation in more adverse weather conditions. As well as featuring water-repellent lenses and being fog proof so the view remains unobstructed even in the rain.

Excellent value for money. Good build quality. Due to current restrictions haven't had much chance to use them but they do seem to seem to have good optics.

I am extremely happy with the product and service, after placing the order I was kept up to date on the progress they were delivered on time (And it was just before Xmas during busy period). I use the binoculars for birdwatching and I have had them out a couple of times this is due to current restrictions in lockdown but the quality is very good, I now just need to get used to them because my old pair were the old fashioned style and a little bit chunkier to hold

Bought the Hawke 8x42 Frontier ED X binoculars after a lot of on-line research, overall they came out the best in their price range and I now know why. Only had them a couple of weeks but take them with me on my daily exercise along the foreshore and I'm very pleased with them. They are solid, well made and have a quality feel to them. They focus easily and produce a clear and wide field of view. They are metal bodied so weigh more than the polycarbonate alternatives. Great service from Harrisons.

Had the HAWKE 8X42 FRONTIER ED X a few weeks now only been able to get them out in the field a couple of times. So far I'm well pleased with them, there well built, feel good and the optics are bright and clear.
Harrison cameras were easy to deal with and delivered as promised.
