Impressive Optical Construction The expertly constructed optical design features a combination of powerful lens elements with includes 3 Super ED (Extra-low Dispersion) lenses, 1 ED lens and 2 EDA lens. Collectively, the clever placement and technology of these lenses help to reduce chromatic aberration around the edge of the image. A DSA lens element is also included to eliminate sagittal comatic aberration so the image maintains its sharpness. On the lenses, Olympus have covered them in ZERO (ZUIKO Extra-low Reflection Optical) coating to minimise ghosting and flare.
