Product Description

This Dorr remote shutter release for Olympus enables long exposures to be taken without experiencing camera shake. Perfect for night shots, it makes remote firing of the shutter really easy and the 1 metre length cord is enough for most situations. Also ideal for fisherman, who want to take photos of themsleves with their catch, the camera can be set up and then fired remotely.

Quite a "lightweight" piece of kit. The second time I used it the metal surround on the plug came away and stayed in the camera when I removed it. Had to pull it out of camera with pliers. Have pushed it back onto the plug and it seems ok at the moment. If it happens again I will consider returning it. It does the job though, half a press focuses and full press takes the shot. Not expensive but I was hoping it would be perhaps a little sturdier
