Product Description

The Dorr BL-2080 Floor Lighting Stand is extremely useful for low positioning of the flash head as it has a workable height of 20 to 80cm, so really useful for getting close to the floor. For the lowest position, the extendable column cap be unscrewed and the legs are spread from the centre column.

I gave this 1 star as there was no option for minus 10 stars.
Nowdays there are so many not extravagant but basically well designed and made full size stands at a lower price point . This diminutive stand at nearly £40 I therefore expected to be fit for purpose - It was not. Securing pins and badly aligned centre column means hideous operation and generally a very poor feel to this item.
At £10 I would have been pleased with it. At nearly £40 it was , and is, a source of disappointment - I needed it for a low strobe position but I try to keep it well hidden and set it up when no client is looking.
