Product Description

The OM System RM-WR1 remote control is a real multi-talent. You can connect it either with cable or via Bluetooth to a compatible camera. This lets you shoot long exposures without any camera movement. In addition to the standard realease button locking mechanism the RM-WR1 not only allows you to start your still image exposure but can also start movie recording.

OK, it's a remote release... So what?

First of all, it's well made and feels good in the hand. No flimsy plastic feel to it and it pairs effortlessly via Bluetooth with the OM-1 MkII. Connects every time without fail.
Having used a wireless remote with another system (Nikon) I needed the same connectivity with OM Systems and unfortunately my previous device wasn't compatible - this remote fills the gap nicely. Highly recommended for using this remote as a landscape photographer.

Bad point: Limited to 16metres using Bluetooth and that's nit-picking.
